The Platform may provide professional community and networking, learning management, educational programs, courses, workshops, webinars, professional development resources, website and landing-page tools, CRM, lead management, marketing and automation tools, email and WhatsApp communication tools, business management tools, calendar functionality, sales tools, AI-powered tools, digital-store services, events, memberships, career resources, professional listings, and institutional tools.
NeoAyush is primarily intended to support AYUSH professionals in education, professional development, digital presence, business growth, networking, and technology adoption. NeoAyush does not replace professional medical judgment, statutory requirements, professional councils, government authorities, or applicable healthcare regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information while creating and maintaining your account. Depending on the service, NeoAyush may require your name, email, mobile number, professional qualification, AYUSH system, registration or professional details, institution or organization information, business information, and billing information.
Certain services may be restricted to specific categories of users. NeoAyush may request verification of professional or institutional information where reasonably required.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Do not share your account with unauthorized persons.
- Immediately notify NeoAyush if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.

5. Membership and Subscription Plans
NeoAyush may offer free and paid membership plans, including monthly, annual, professional, institutional, enterprise, promotional, course, event, or separately priced services.
Features, benefits, pricing, access levels, and limitations may differ between plans. NeoAyush may introduce, modify, discontinue, or restructure plans and features from time to time.
6. Subscription Payments
For paid services, you agree to provide valid billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
You are responsible for subscription charges, applicable taxes or government charges, and charges imposed by your payment provider or financial institution. Failure of payment may result in suspension or restriction of paid features.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless a separate refund policy is specifically provided for a particular product, course, event, or service, payments made to NeoAyush are generally non-refundable after the applicable refund or cancellation period.
Where a specific refund period is offered, the applicable product or subscription page will determine the refund terms. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal while allowing access through the applicable paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.
No refund shall ordinarily be provided for unused subscription time after the applicable refund period, failure to use the Platform, change of business plans, failure to attend an event or course, failure to complete a course, or voluntary account closure after the refund period.

NeoAyush may provide educational materials, courses, webinars, workshops, articles, videos, presentations, documents, expert sessions, and other professional resources. Such content is provided for educational and professional-development purposes.
Educational content should not automatically be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instructions for a particular patient, a substitute for professional clinical judgment, or legal or regulatory advice.
9. Medical and Healthcare Disclaimer
Information available on NeoAyush should not be used as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. AYUSH professionals remain solely responsible for professional decisions, clinical practice, patient communications, treatment decisions, documentation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
NeoAyush does not guarantee any particular clinical, professional, financial, business, employment, or patient outcome.
10. User-Generated Content
Users may publish posts, comments, articles, images, videos, professional information, educational materials, questions, discussions, reviews, business information, and course-related submissions.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own. By submitting content to NeoAyush, you grant NeoAyush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.
You must not upload content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malicious software, is fraudulent or misleading, is defamatory or abusive, promotes illegal activities, contains unauthorized personal or confidential information, violates professional or healthcare regulations, or is harmful or inappropriate.
11. Professional Listings and Profiles
NeoAyush may allow AYUSH professionals, clinics, hospitals, colleges, institutions, and organizations to create professional profiles or listings. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information displayed in their profiles.
NeoAyush does not independently guarantee professional qualifications, registration status, clinical competence, business performance, quality of services, patient outcomes, employment claims, or institutional claims. Verification, where provided, does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
12. CRM, Marketing and Automation Tools
NeoAyush may provide CRM, lead management, marketing, automation, communication, sales, and related business tools.
Users are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, following applicable communication and marketing laws, maintaining accurate contact information, providing opt-out mechanisms, using WhatsApp, email, SMS, calling and other channels lawfully, complying with third-party policies, and reviewing the content of messages sent through their account.
NeoAyush does not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, appointments, revenue, or other business results.
13. WhatsApp, Email and Third-Party Integrations
NeoAyush features may depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, email providers, payment gateways, Google services, calendar services, social-media platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and other APIs.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, pricing, and technical limitations. NeoAyush is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, API limitations, pricing changes, or termination imposed by third-party providers.
14. AI-Powered Features
NeoAyush may provide AI assistants, AI sales tools, AI staff, AI-generated content, recommendations, automation, summaries, or other AI functionality.
AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI output should be reviewed before being relied upon. AI-generated content should not automatically be treated as professional or medical advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.
15. Patient and Personal Information
Where Users use NeoAyush tools to manage information relating to patients, customers, students, employees, leads, or other individuals, the User is responsible for ensuring that collection, processing, storage, and communication is lawful.
Users must obtain all necessary permissions, notices, and consents required under applicable law and must not unlawfully collect, process, disclose, sell, or misuse personal information.
16. Intellectual Property
All intellectual-property rights relating to NeoAyush's proprietary software, platform architecture, interface, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, source code, databases, automation systems, AI systems, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of NeoAyush or its respective licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the applicable subscription period.
- Do not copy or reverse engineer NeoAyush software.
- Do not extract or reproduce source code.
- Do not replicate the Platform.
- Do not resell unauthorized access.
- Do not create a competing platform using proprietary NeoAyush systems.

17. NeoAyush Store and Third-Party Products

Where a product or service is supplied by a third party, the third party may be responsible for fulfillment, warranty, delivery, quality, and after-sales support. Applicable product-specific terms, pricing, refund policies, and warranties will apply where provided.
18. Community Rules
NeoAyush is intended to provide a professional environment for the AYUSH ecosystem. Users agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.

- Infringement of intellectual-property rights

19. Prohibited Use
You must not use NeoAyush to conduct unlawful activities, commit fraud, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, scrape platform data without authorization, reverse engineer the Platform, abuse APIs, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent professional qualifications, violate healthcare or privacy laws, or damage the Platform or its users.
20. Platform Availability
NeoAyush will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. Continuous or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The Platform may become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, infrastructure problems, security incidents, third-party service failures, internet or telecommunications issues, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
21. No Guarantee of Business Results
NeoAyush provides technology, education, networking, automation, and professional-development tools. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, patients or customers, revenue, sales, business growth, employment, professional opportunities, social-media growth, marketing performance, course outcomes, or any specific financial or professional result.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoAyush and its founders, employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business losses arising from your use of the Platform.
This includes loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, customers, losses resulting from third-party service interruptions, marketing losses, business decisions, clinical or professional decisions, user-generated content, or regulatory actions arising from the User's activities.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoAyush, its founders, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Platform, content, business operations, professional activities, violation of third-party rights, violation of applicable laws or regulations, or misuse of personal information.
24. Suspension and Termination
NeoAyush may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the Platform, compromise platform security, abuse other users, fail to pay applicable charges, or create legal, security, or reputational risks.
You may discontinue use of NeoAyush at any time. Termination does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund unless provided under the applicable refund policy.
